'Sanctify them by Thy Truth' is a very deep Prayer by Lord Christ Jesus De Messiah Himself. Our Blessed Lord and Saviour, Christ De Messiah Yahshua, has called all of us to become Children of God in a spiritual way and SANCTIFICATION is the significant step required of us.
The Apostle Peter said: "But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts ..."
(1 Peter 3: 15).
SANCTIFICATION has to do with our hearts, the matrix of our desires. It has to do with PURITY of our Souls; it has to do with our hearts. We must give reverence to God's Holy Name and with pure thoughts. In fact, SANCTIFICATION is associated with PURIFICATION of our Souls or more specifically, of our hearts so that it is PURE and SIN is UPROOTED from within us. Hence, the Prayer of Lord Christ De Messiah for the Sanctification of His Apostles.
One of the ends of SANCTIFICATION, as Hebrews 2 v. 11 pointed out, is increased rapport of the Christian or Zionist with his LORD.
"For both He that sanctifies and they who are sanctified are all one: for which cause He is not ashamed to call them brethren" (Hebrews 2: 11).
'SANCTIFICATION Unto HOLINESS Of Life' is incessant "CONSECRATION & DEDICATION Of Life" Unto God - the Spiritual REGENERATION!
THE PURPOSE OF SANCTIFICATION
The key purpose of Sanctification is to UPROOT SIN in YOU! In JUSTIFICATION you REPENTED of SINS and you were FORGIVEN the condemnation and punishment due to Sin. You were accepted back into the Household of Grace. You had made up your mind to leave Sin, Satan and all things contrary to the Will of God. You faced a NEW DIRECTION in life and asked for Grace and Guidance from above.
You were FORGIVEN, you were JUSTIFIED. Your SPIRIT received a FRESHNESS, a QUICKENING from the dead, a quickening from the rabid CARNALITY of LIFE without GOD. You had your first real and childish steps in the Kingdom of God and you were full of JOY. You were thrilled that you felt on top of the world. You never had that kind of experience before in your life. You were pleasantly surprised that such goodness could be found in Holy Christianity. Christianity which you had scoffed at. You never really knew you were aware that the Kingdom of God could be so sweet!
The justifying experience was an incredible experience. All things began to become new, NEW FEELINGS, NEW VIBRATIONS, NEW PERSPECTIVE OF LIFE, NEW IDEAS ABOUT LIVING, NEW INSPIRATIONAL SOURCES, NEW SOURCES of NEW KIND OF JOY - superior kind of JOY that arose from the hidden depths of being subsequent on some kind of Celestial tickling, some kind of ego massage.
So Far So Good!
God Almighty Be Praised! Alleluia!! Amen. But one terrible Truth remains. The ROOTS of SIN are still buried deep in you. Sin will definitely try to sprout again. The desires of Sin in their powerful matrix and association vectors are still lurking in the deeper reaches of your being. So it is not possible for you who once had tested the eternal felicity of the Divine Kingdom to find yourself being drawn closer or being propelled closer and closer to the brink of "the gnashing of teeth".
It is a truth, a sad truth that one can fall out of Salvation, can fall out of Grace and lose all the sweet celestial associations attendant on the first NEW BIRTH Experience.
In the PRAYER for JUSTIFICATION and the spiritual exercises supporting that Prayer, you fought the KINETICS of SIN to a standstill, but the potentiality of Sin remained.
In the SANCTIFICATION Exercise we want to attack this potentiality and destroy its base and hence FREE the SOUL from Sin-vectors lodging in intimate niches of consciousness and nooks of the subconsciousness.
Secondly, you have to become holy within before The Father can assign a portion of His Holy Spirit to dwell in you day-in, day-out and be a ready tangible FORCE in you for GOOD WORKS.
Lord Jesus Christ De Messiah worked on His Apostles towards SANCTIFICATION and even prayed that The Father should sanctify them. It was after they had become sanctified that The Heavenly Father "Of all Ableness and Power" released His Holy Spirit on them in the fiery Baptism of cloven tongues.
"Sanctify Them By Thy Truth: Thy Word Is Truth" (John 17: 17), as prayed by Lord Christ De Messiah for His Apostles, is a very deep Prayer.
Enlighten them in Thy Truth. Bring them to understand Thy Truth. Bring them to see themselves in Thy Truth. Inspire them to love Thy Truth. Move them REPENT for Thy Truth, to part with their own truths, to part with the truths of the world in preference to Thy Truth. By embracing Thy Truth and dropping their own truths, they will become pure, they will become acceptable unto Thee. Amen.
Sanctify them through Thy Truth. Without Sanctification The Holy Spirit cannot be sent with intent to dwell permanently in you. At best you can receive only occasional VISITATIONS or "Inspired Moments" in REVIVALS when the Spirit USES YOU for a few minutes or hours and leaves you.
Sanctification as a stage in spiritual REGENERATION or NEW BIRTH is more difficult to attain than JUSTIFICATION but it is worth it. No Christian / Zionist should feel secure as a Christian or Zionist without attaining SANCTIFICATION. Indeed, it is a blessed experience which The Lord Jesus Christ De Messiah has made available for those who heed His Call in-toto and come nearer spiritually unto Him.
Remember, this Sanctification Experience is available from God only through Lord Jesus Christ De Messiah Yahshua, The Saviour of the world. Without Lord Jesus Christ De Messiah we wouldn't know anything about it, let alone attain it. So please stop wasting your energy in all other religious pursuits. The ENDS should justify the MEANS. The meager spiritual ends of other religions do not justify the expenditure of energy and devotion on them.
COME TO LORD JESUS CHRIST DE MESSIAH and live. The ends are great. He is The WAY, the TRUTH and The LIFE. There is n exaggeration about it.
You will soon discover if you really strive to attain SANCTIFICATION. Of course, it is only Holy CHRISTIANITY Offers True And Divine SANCTIFICATION.
HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD
"HOLINESS Unto The LORD is an ideal Christian Motto". In fact, it has been the only Motto that could express the deep desire and aspiration of my Soul.
Let us at this juncture take a homily on the "Divine HOLINESS" - the SANCTIFICATION of our Souls.
In the Words of our Lord Jesus Christ De Messiah, according to the Gospel of St. Matthew Chapter 7 verse 21 we read:
"Not every one that says unto Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he that does the Will of My Father Who is in Heaven" ...
"This is the Will of God, even your SANCTIFICATION ... For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto Holiness" (1 Thessalonians 4: 3, 7). Without HOLINESS, "no one shall see The LORD" (Hebrews 12: 14). Therefore, "Be ye holy" (1 Peter 1: 16).
Anyone who reads his/her Holy Bible in sincerity, "not handling the Word of God deceitfully" (2 Cor. 4: 2), will see that it plainly teaches that God expects His people to be holy, and that we must be holy to be happy and useful here and to enter the Kingdom of Heaven hereafter.
When once a true man is convinced that the Holy Bible teaches these facts and that this is God's Will, he will next inquire, "What is this Holiness? When can I get it and how?"
There is much difference in opinion on all these points, although the Holy Bible is simple and plain on each one to every honest seeker after Truth.
The Holy Scripture tells us that Holiness is perfect deliverance from Sin. "The Blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin" (1 John 1: 7).
Not one bit of Sin is left, for your old man is crucified with Him, "that the body of Sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve Sin" (Rom. 6: 6), for we are "made free from Sin" (Rom. 6: 18).
And, we are henceforth to reckon ourselves "dead indeed unto Sin, but alive unto God, through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Rom. 6: 11).
The Holy Scripture also tells us that it is "PERFECT LOVE" which must, in the very nature of the case, expel from the heart all hatred and every evil temper contrary to LOVE, just as you must first empty a cup of all oil that may be in it before you can fill it with water.
Thus, HOLINESS is a state in which there is no ANGER, MALICE, BLASPHEMY, HYPOCRISY, ENVY, LOVE OF EASY, MURDER, FORNICATION, ADULTERY, STEALING, SELFISH DESIRES FOR GOOD OPINION OF MEN, SHAME OF THE CROSS, WORLDLINESS, DECEIT, DEBATE, CONTENTION, COVETOUSNESS, nor any EVIL DESIRE or tendency in the Heart.
It is a state in which there is no longer any doubt or fear.
It is a state in which God is loved and trusted with a perfect heart.
But though the heart may be perfect, the head may be very imperfect, and through the imperfections of his head - his memory, his judgment, his reason - the holy man may make many mistakes. Yet God looks at the sincerity of his purpose, at the love and faith of his heart - not at the imperfections of the head - and calls him a holy man.
HOLINESS is NOT absolute PERFECTION, which belongs to God ONLY; nor is it ANGELIC PERFECTION; nor is it ADAMIC PERFECTION - for, no doubt, Adam had a perfect head as well as a perfect heart before he sinned against God. But it is CHRISTIAN or ZIONIST PERFECTION - such PERFECTION and OBEDIENCE OF THE HEART as a poor FALLEN CREATURE aided by Almighty POWER and boundless GRACE, can give.
It is that state of heart and life which consists in BEING AND DOING ALL THE TIME - not by fits and starts, but steadily - just what God wants us to be and do.
Lord Jesus Christ De Messiah said: "Make the tree good, and its fruit good" (Matt. 12: 33). Now, an apple tree is an apple tree all the time, and can bring forth nothing but apples.
So, HOLINESS Is That Perfect Renewal Of Our Nature That Makes Us Essentially Good, So That We Continually Bring Forth Fruit Unto God - "The Fruit Of The Spirit", Which Is "Love, Peace, Long-suffering, Gentleness, Goodness, Faith, Meekness, Temperance" (Galatians 5: 22, 23), With Never A Single Work Of The Flesh Grafted In Among This Heavenly Fruitage.
Glory to Almighty God! It is possible, right down here, where Sin and Satan once ruined us, for the Son of God thus to transform us, by enabling us to "put off ... the 'Old Man' with his deeds, and to 'put on the New Man', which after God is created in righteousness and true Holiness" (Ephesians 4: 22, 24), being "renewed in knowledge after the image of Him that created him" (Col. 3: 10).
But some objector says: "Yes, all you say is true, only I don't believe we can be holy till the hour of death.
The Christian or Zionist life is warfare, and we must fight the GOOD FIGHT of FAITH until we die, and then I believe God will give us "DYING GRACE"
A great many honest Christians and Zionists hold exactly this view, and hence put forth no real effort to "Stand Perfect And Complete In All The [PRESENT] Will Of God" (Col. 4: 12) for them. And though they pray daily: "Thy Kingdom Come", Thy Will Be Done In Earth, As It Is In Heaven" (Matt. 6: 10), yet they do not believe it is possible for them to do the Will of God, and so they really make Lord Jesus Christ De Messiah the Author of a vain Prayer, which it is only idle mockery to repeat.
Nevertheless, it is as easy for me to be and do what God wants me to be and to do in this life, every day, as it is for Archangel Gabriel or Michael to be and do what God wants of him. If this is not so, then God is neither good nor just in His requirements of me. God forbid! For, certainly, God is GOOD and JUST in all His ways, forevermore. Amen.
Of course, God requires me to love Him with all my heart, and Archangel Gabriel can do no more that that. And, by God's Grace, it is as easy for me as for the Archangels Gabriel and Michael.
Besides, God promises me that if I will return unto the LORD and obey His Voice ... with all my heart, and with all my soul (Deut. 30: 2, 6). And again, He promises that He would "grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve Him without fear, in Holiness and Righteousness before Him, all the days of our life" (Luke 1: 74, 75).
This promise in itself ought to convince any honest Soul that God means us to be holy in this life.
The Good Fight of Faith is a fight to retain this Blessing against the assaults of Satan, the fogs of doubts, and all the attacks of an ignorant and unbelieving Church and world.
The Truth remains: The Lord Jesus Christ De Messiah Yahshua has called all peoples on earth to become Children in a spiritual way; and, this is attainable ONLY by SANCTIFICATION Unto HOLINESS Of Life affording the Grace of being SEALED Unto Eternal Life & Glory by Indwelling Holy Spirit of God in our hearts.
YOU must be Sanctified and your name written in the Holy BOOK OF LIFE, NOW that the Grace last for YOU! (2 Cor. 1: 21-22; Rev. 20: 12, 15; Phil. 4: 3).
Here, then, come the vital, important, urgent and compelling questions: Are YOU Sanctified & Sealed Unto Eternal Life & Glory? Is Your Name Now Written In The Holy BOOK OF LIFE? PRAY. Shalom!!

The basic urgency of the NEED for eternal Salvation for mankind and blessed Hope of dwelling in God's Kingdom has dictated the syllabus of the "Mission of True Religion" as found in Holy Christianity and Messianic Judaism.
Those who are counted worthy to dwell in the blessed Kingdom of God are spiritually regenerated and have their names written in the Holy BOOK Of LIFE, and they are sealed through the indwelling Holy Spirit of God in their hearts through their Faith in Lord Jesus Christ De Messiah Yahshua, and by the Grace of the Eternal Father, Almighty God.
The Rewards of the faithful Kingdom Saints of God are the Crown of Life, Light, Bliss & imperishable Glory, with eternal inheritance in the blessed Kingdom of God.
